The testing process comprises the following steps:
OTS testing involves its own QA team. Test cases document is introdused to xxx, weekly test result reports are submitted to Customer.
Customer testing — as a version of the system is made available, testers can enter bugs into the bug tracking system. All bugs and issues are raised in Jira issue Tracking system.
Jira is a system on which acceptance decisions are based. Customer-selected staff are provided with logins for the OTS bug tracking system on commencement of the project.
Perfomance, scalability testing - OTS ensures that the application can deal with the projected volumes agreed with Customer.
